30 (Vitamin D) might be “normal” - but it is not Healthy
Hey!
A lot of patients come in saying,
“My doctor said my vitamin D was normal…”
But let’s break that down.
Most labs say 30 ng/mL is ‘normal.’
But research (especially from Dr. Michael Holick) shows that 55–80 ng/mL is where most people feel and function at their best.
Vitamin D is about more than just bone health. It plays a role in:
- Immune resilience
- Inflammation regulation
- Mood, energy, and hormone function
If you’ve had labs done and never looked at this—or if you’re still not feeling your best—this is the type of detail that matters.
Through June, all lab review visits with me (via Zoom) include:
✔ A personalized review of your current or new labs
✔ Actionable nutrition and supplement strategies
✔ 10% off your first order of any recommended supplements
Already have labs? Great.
Need a new lab order? We can help with that too.
