The Next Layer Behind Alzheimer’s (After H. pylori + Ferritin)

Hey there,

The past two emails stirred things up — the one about H. pylori increasing Alzheimer’s risk, and then the one about ferritin and iron overload adding fuel to the same fire.

Different issues… different organ systems… but you probably noticed the pattern:

They all point to one root problem.

Chronic inflammation.

And now I want to introduce you to a word you’re going to hear me say a LOT over the next year:

Inflam-aging.

It’s the idea that inflammation and aging aren’t separate — they feed each other.

Inflammation speeds up aging… aging makes you more susceptible to inflammation…

and then that inflammation accelerates aging even faster.

You can see where this is going:

It becomes a vicious cycle.

And that vicious cycle is at the center of Alzheimer’s, dementia, heart disease, autoimmune patterns, metabolic decline — you name it.

H. pylori is one way to kick that cycle off.

Iron overload is another.

Other chronic infections add their own flavor of immune distortion and inflammatory pressure.

Some of these infections even tug the immune system toward specific autoimmune pathways — and those same pathways can push the brain into chronic, long-term inflammation.

Suddenly Alzheimer’s stops looking “mysterious” and starts looking like the final chapter of a story that’s been building for 20, 30, sometimes 40 years.

Here’s the good news:

If inflammaging is a vicious cycle…

that means breaking the cycle slows the whole thing down.

And that’s exactly why I built our Skool wellness community — to help people understand this stuff in plain English, reverse-engineer the triggers, and build long-term brain and body resilience.

You can join here and also help shape what we cover in 2026:

Inside, I’m asking everyone:

  • What inflammaging topics should we explore more deeply?

  • Which brain/immune triggers do you want unpacked?

  • What overwhelms you that we can simplify?

  • What should be top-of-the-list for 2026?

Your answers will guide the roadmap.

More coming soon.

In Gratitude

P.S. we have 5 remaining spots in the 2026 roster so refer someone in who you love (or like a lot)!
