Tired... or Toxic?

Your body is overwhelmed, and it’s trying to get your attention.

Hey everyone,

People tell me all the time, “I’m just tired,” or “I guess I’m getting old.”
But here’s the uncomfortable truth: age isn’t the reason most people feel exhausted.
Toxic load is.

👉 Before you keep reading, watch the short video below! ⬇️

We’re all swimming in chemicals our grandparents never had to deal with—pesticides, plastics, fragrances, exhaust, off-gassing furniture. The human detox system was never designed for this daily barrage.

When your liver and gut can’t keep up, toxins accumulate. And eventually you hit something called TILT — Toxicant-Induced Loss of Tolerance.

TILT is basically your body’s way of saying:
“I’m done.”

And the symptoms show up as:

• Brain fog
• Bloating
• Fatigue
• Random sensitivities
• Skin flare-ups
• Mood shifts

Left unchecked, the problem goes deeper. Antioxidant reserves drop. Mitochondria is less able to make energy,  Aging accelerates. Cardiovascular risks creep up.

People call this “normal.”
It isn’t.

Here’s the simple way to picture it:

Your detox system is a drain.
When it slows down, the sink starts to back up.
Ignore it long enough… and everything overflows.

You don’t fix the faucet — you unclog the drain.
That’s why detox isn’t a luxury anymore. It’s basic maintenance.

And it’s exactly why we’re doing the January Cleanse.

Before I explain the details, it’s important you understand what’s happening under the hood.
I broke it down in a few short videos, first one here and the second to arrive Sunday.

Seriously — watch it. Everything we’re doing in January starts with this foundation.

More this week.

In Health,
Dr. G
